Struktura programu Skyway ’12 jest metaforycznym obrazem jednego z najbardziej elementarnych ciał niebieskich — gwiazdy. Gwiazda stanowi dla nas inspirację i jednocześnie fundament na podstawie którego zbudujemy program dla Skyway ’12. Jej początek, jej struktura, jej astronomiczne i poetyckie znaczenie — to wszystko ma się stać inspiracją dla instalacji, performensów i akcji, które będą stanowić o wyjątkowość czwartej edycji festiwalu.
Jądro gwiazdy: Nieustanna Fuzja. W centrum miasta — jądrze gwiazdy — zostanie zaprezentowana główna instalacja — mapping 3D zainspirowany głównym tematem festiwalu Skyway ’12, który wywoła zachwyt u publiczności.
Strefa konwektywna: Waga Materii. Wielkoformatowe instalacje i projekcje, których rozmach zaskoczy widzów odwiedzających czwartą edycję festiwalu.

Idea of Skyway ’12: a star is born
After three successful editions, Skyway is definitely one of the most magical and unforgettable of Europe’s Light Events. Toruń is a new player in the global network of light art, in its own terms, where Gothic heritage, scientific metaphors and pure urban beauty go together.
The structure of the programme of Skyway ’12 is a metaphorical picture of one of the most elementary orb—the star. The star is an inspiration and gives us a basis on which we will build the programme for Skyway ’12. Its beginning, its structure, its astronomical and poetical meaning—all these shall be an inspiration for the installations, performances and actions which will constitute the uniqueness of the fourth edition of the festival.
Core of the Star: The constancy of fusion. In the city centre—the core of the star—the main installation will be presented: a 3D mapping inspired by the main theme of Skyway ’12 which will leave the audience breathless and amazed.
Convection Zone: Things that matter. Large scale installations and projections to give to the audience an unforgettable experience.
Photosphere: Visible Beauty. A space for sensitive, visual and conceptual interventions. In this category we will have small and medium, ephemerical beautiful installations.
Chronosphere and the Corona visions: Border Particles. Space for alternative art, special actions and interventions which will constitute an additional value for the programme of Skyway ’12.
